D-SWITCHER
The digital signal splitter/switch is used for active, decoupled splitting of a 2.048 Mbit/s-signal acc. ITU-T Rec. G.703 to 2 outputs

From 2 incomings signals Fan 1 and Fan 2, one is selected via a priority control or with a switch

The inputs are sensed on LOS (Loss Of Signal) and AIS (Alarm Indication Signal)

In this way there is a redundant signal selection possible if an error occurs

The signal will be amplified, regenerated and controlled on an internal bus

An output amplifier generates the original DS2-signal, one for each output

All inputs and outputs are optional symmetrically or coaxial.
